Elite Circle is to uplift the mindset of cadets.  In order to be successful in WFG business, cadets need  to understand the purpose of this intense training program and the rules to follow.  The PPT below describes what to expect from this program, how it will be conducted, what rules to follow, and what achievement you could expect.  Please read carefully, follow the guidelines and rules (additional rules apply to remote cadets) all the time in this awesome program, and we'll celebrate your success at the end of the course.

The following is a list of materials that you should take with you to the EC check in.

• Responsibilities of cadets:
• Cadets must report their recruiting / sales numbers and other homework results to their SMD by Wednesday afternoon of the EC week. 
• After the first class, each cadet will receive an email with access link of individual homework (google drive) folder. .  
• Cadets must submit proofs of their homework items inside the Google Drive folder by Wednesday 11:59pm of the week of class.  Late submissions will not be counted.

• Responsibilities of SMDs:
• The homework captain will send the link to homework reporting sheet to SMDs on Tuesday of the week of the EC class.
• SMDs must enter cadets’ homework numbers in the Homework Reporting Google Sheet by Wednesday 11:59pm in the week of class, the Google sheet will be locked after the deadline.  
• SMDs help their cadets compile homework proofs and submit them by Wednesday of the EC week.

Starting from Class III homework points will compete against another cadet in the pairing list.  For detailed rules please refer to EC Guideline.  Click on the link below to see pairing list.  Cadets in the same group will compete against each other.

2025 will be a prosperous year as we have so many cadets joining EC.  To better accommodate the growing needs and rally your team, the registration process had changed.  Cadets please download and fill in the registration form below and submit to your SMD.  Your leader will then submit that to EC Committee and you will be able to see your registration status online.
