Cadet Registration Instruction

This information is for SMDs only.  The following describes how SMDs register cadets to EC 2023 and make payments to the committee.  Please follow the steps below.

1. All cadets need to download the pdf registration form on homepage of this website, fill in their information, and submit the form to their SMD.  Along with the form SMDs may collect corresponding fees from the cadets, $100 for on site cadets, $75 for remote cadets, and $25 for spouse.
2. SMDs need to register themselves in a google doc as the first step.  The link to the google doc is not public, if you do not know the link, please ask your CEO.  Please do NOT share this link with anyone else, and do NOT register your team members here.  Please use gmail if possible, as other emails may not work in next step.  This registration will be closed 8/16/2023 12:00pm CST.  
3. After SMD Registration closes the system will send out an email with the link to Cadet Registration.
4. Please fill in Cadet Registration form, make sure all information is complete and accurate.  Some SMDs may already started this process, please double check after you received the email notification as the form will be changed.  Only SMDs have access to this form, so please register the cadets for your entire baseshop cadets, including SMD yourself.
5. SMDs should send your baseshop EC registration fee to Jun Ying.  For payment instructions please refer to our wechat group or consult with your CEO.
6. Registration is closed.  Payment due 8/16/2023 12:00pm CST.
